Ms. Sho is passionate about teaching and mentoring students of all ages and levels.  Over the past ten years she has sucessfully prepared students for competitions, exams, and performances.  She is a frequent adjudicator for the Massachusetts Music Teachers Association and experienced in preparing students for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music exams.  At present, she is faculty at Gordon College where she teaches applied piano as well as coaches instrumental and vocal students.  She also has a full studio of private piano students in the Boston and Metrowest areas.  Her former teaching positions include faculty at Dana Hall School of Music and Ip Piano Schools where she taught applied piano and faciliated master classes and workshops.  Fluent in English and Mandarin, Sho is especially interested in mentoring foreign students.  She has created and facilitated cross-cultural student groups and support groups in the past.  Her achievement in education has gained public recognition as her biography is included in the 2004-5 edition of Marquis' Who's Who in America and the 2005-6 edition of Who's Who in American Education.
